Refund policy
We operate a 5 day refund/replacement policy to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition!
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund or replacement.
If it has been over 14 business days and your order has not arrived, contact us and we will look into the status of your order to see if there has been a problem.
To be eligible for a refund OR a replacement:
- Your order has not arrived despite providing the correct address.
- Your order has arrived damaged.
- The items you have received are not what you ordered.
If any of these apply to you, contact us via the "contact us" section on our site with a high quality image of the issue (if applicable). We aim to respond to all e-mails within 72 hours. We will then provide the option of a full refund or a replacement order.
We can NOT provide a refund or replacement if:
- Your order has not arrived due to you providing incorrect information.
- You simply change your mind.
- Your bottles do not fit. (Our wine holders were made to fit all standard wine bottles. This mainly applies to customers who may be intending to try and display different kinds of bottles).
However, we take pride in our customer satisfaction, so if you have any issues, be sure to contact us and we will see what we can do!
